Anyway before I had that panic attack, I was going to say, Kirsty has told me a dieting technique where you post what you've been eating/eaten throughout the day, and since its my first day dieting since I've been back from Egypt I thought I'd do it..
Today I ate:
- 1 Weetabix
- 1 Special K bar with red berries
- A ham sandwich with wholemeal bread
- Salmon, peas, sweetcorn and a potato
- A crunchie buiscuit (80 calories, it was really small!)
